In an interview with Spanish daily DSLRmagazine Tamron representative said that his company has no plans to manufacture lenses optimized for use with the Sony A7, A7S or A7R.

Mr. Nakagawa admitted, however, that the new Tamron lens – the SP 15-30 mm f / 2.8 DI VC USD – will be able to support 50-megapixel resolution presented recent Canon DSLRs.
