Use imgRePacker_205 :
1) drag FILE "XXX.img" on "imgRePacker.exe".
2) delete FILE XXX.img.
3) drag FOLDER "XXX.img.dump" on "imgRePacker.exe".
If problems with your SDCARD, format it using - "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool 2.2.3" (free tool, google it), then try again.

TIPS FOR ADDED BENEFITS:
Get Rom Toolbox (lite / free version is sufficient)

* governor:performance

Also change , via "SD Booster"
SD Card cache size to 2048 kb


apply all of these and set also to "apply on boot"
